We are Staying in room 166 and the carpet has been urinated on. Rather than clean the carpet, staff have tried to mask over smell with sprays and neutrodol deodorant. The carpet that has been urinated on is right by the Sofa bed and the stench has prevented me sleeping. Thus is unacceptable. You will either clean the carpet today...

Nice friendly staff, the swimming pool was perfect for the children. We did upgrade because of reviews we read but overall was very convenient for what we needed. They are having a lot of work done to update which was quite noisey and times but necessary

We had a 3 night stay on 16th may 17 After booking a few months ago and reading the reviews we weren't going to go because of how bad pictures were and what people were saying about it being rough. But we did! I'm really glad we did go because it was lovely, to everyone that says it's no good...

We booked through the sun holiday and got a great deal. Our apartment had two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Most things were clean. Apart from the table it was all sticky, and there was a horrid mark on the sofa bed in the living room. The tv didn't have very good signal...

We paid for an upgrade when booking. On arrival to site was directed to a chalet at the end of a row with 14 trash bins beside us. builders filled gravel bags opposite front so nowhere to park. Chalet meant for wheelchair user with wetroom and low basin. Looked like an prison camp. If you have kids they cannot play...

We booked a 3 night stay, we left after 1. On arriving the site resembled an army camp. Hundreds of chalets some 3 storeys high. We had to park about 50 yards from our ground floor chalet. The first thing I noticed in the Chalet were 3 Neutradol odour eliminators, it needed them. We complained but was told it would...

Our room was a disgrace! I originally thought we were in the wrong room as we had booked a room for 4 and there was only 1 bed. It turned out the disgusting sofa was a sofa bed and 4 people were meant to sleep in the same room. The body fluid stains on the floor were very off putting...
