Just back from a great 3 night break at this hotel. Warm, comfortable and friendly and super value. Good food served by very helpful and pleasant staff. O.K. hotel was a bit dated but for me that added to its charm. Manager went out his way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is a good 2 star, a little tired but this adds character, its not a 3 or 4* so remember that when you book and what you pay for. The room was of a good standard, breakfast was very...

Well I have to agree with some of the negative reviews on this hotel. It is tired and badly needs to be refurbished. Meals are not that inspiring either Ok if you like meat and 2 veg. I do have to agree though that the staff are very nice and friendly and do try to make a success of it....
