We booked our room fairly late on as as we had decided to climb Sgor Gaoith but were waiting on the weather being just right. The guest house is every bit as lovely as the pictures on their website. The room we had was large and had a lovely view of the garden and the river. The house is very...

This is a really nice B and B; we had a great view from our room of the river opposite. The room was very clean, relatively big and the en suite had a bath. Fiona the owner was really helpful in advising us on what to do and lent us a few maps. The full breakfast was really tasty and...

Greeted at the door by the lovely host Fiona, we were given a very helpful local map and some need to know information as to where to find our much needed dinner that evening. The house is in a fantastic location with a beautiful terrace and garden with river and mountain views. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with...

Lovely location (on a sunny day). we happened to be there in the rain, so moved on as there was little too do. Only stay here if you feel comfortable with hosts who make you feel you are in the way!

An absolute gem of a guest house, in a beautiful, peaceful location on the banks of the river Spey. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spotless and spacious. I’ve visited Braeriach several times and have tried all the guest rooms. They all meet the same high standard. The communal rooms are also lovely, with the dining room having a particularly stunning,...

We enjoyed a great a relaxing weekend in this charming guest house, with beautiful views from our tasteful and spacious bedroom, with great views of the River Spey and the Cairngorm mountains. One of the best places we have stayed in the highlands. Will not disappoint.

We booked a room with a bath. Turned up got given a map told you can eat there there or there. Very basic pointing in the right direction of breakfast room and lounge which were in darkness and very cold. It seemed like host never really cared or was interested. We left shortly after!
