We stayed there only for a night. . The owner was charming and kind with us. The bedroom was great and everything was working. In the morning the breakfast was good too, with different choices. It's incredible to think, to find this kind of place in a small town.

Both Annie and Scott are very friendly and perfect hosts. It is an incredible place to go. Personally I recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the area. Beautiful nature, perfect for walks and hikes or playing golf.

Annie's home is so beautiful! My husband and I were so impressed with everything from the moment we arrived. The room is large as well as the bathroom. It's very private and had its own entrance. It was clean, had a great espresso machine with cookies, tv and wifi. Annie made a few phone calls and helped us find a...

A very warm welcome from hosts Annie & Scott. Immaculately clean and spacious room & bathroom, lots of little touches that were very much appreciated (complimentary tea & coffee, biscuits, still & sparkling mineral water). Generous tasty breakfast (and even an early breakfast request on the final morning was not a problem!). Quiet and peaceful location with a beautiful garden.

Wonderful relaxing time in beautiful surroundings. Delicious breakfast, really enjoyed the granola. Lovely friendly host who greeted us with tea and biscuits on our arrival. Made a one night stop over into a bit of a treat.

Lovely home, private entrance to room from front of house and parking. Took a little time to get used to the narrow roads. Hosts advised us to visit the Highland Museum just south of Kingussie. An excellent living museum worth several hours of investigation.

Annie and Scott were the most wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, they welcomed us into their home as friends. Our room was lovely, a beautiful ensuite which was very comfortable with the most amazing coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was just lovely, anything we wanted was provided, the granola was to die for. We can't recomend this...
