I booked a room at the very last minute after a long day of climbing in the Cairngorms. Heavy snow forced me to abandon my plans to camp on the mountain, luckily a cosy, warm room was available at Greystones. The B&B is just a short 10 minute walk up the hill from Kingussie station. I found a warm welcome...

Arrived in darkness with my dog, after a long journey.Fine old Victorian house with a nice lived in, well established feel about it. Had excellent smoked salmon and scrambled egg for breakfast then a long pleasant natter with the owner before taking my dog for a morning walk. Within minutes, uphill behind guesthouse we were overlooking Kingussie in bright mists with snow-streaked...

Everything about Greystones satisfies my personal benchmarks for good bed and breakfasts: cleanliness, service, professionalism, privacy, and reasonable prices. This is as straightforward a review as it gets, this place is fantastic and will definitely recommend it to friends in the future.

Greystones B&B is run by friendly folk. Great place to base yourself for a trip to this area of the Highlands (though I was on business this trip). No telly in the room but has good wi-fi. A good comfortable relaxing lounge downstairs. Comfortable and clean rooms. Super shower and comfortable spacious bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Greystones is a short walk up/down a hill into kingussie high street. Its fairly clean. A traditional scottish B&B. If you like an open fire, nice veiws, quiet area, stuffed animals (i dont :-( ) throughout the house, a shared table at breakfast with other guests then this is for you. The couple who run it Ann and Mark are...

Geystones is a charming Victorian house on the outskirts of Kingussie and Anne and Mark were very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean with shared bathroom with plenty of room to dance in, i.e. they were huge. The B&B also offers a cosy guest lounge with TV, books and a good selection of tea and coffee. Those who expect the...

Beautiful old house with lots of character. The owners could not have been more accommodating from allowing us to postpone our stay by a day to coincide with good walking weather to serving us early breakfasts. The breakfast offered was superb with a fantastic range to suit everyone. Rooms were very comfortable and the living area used for guests is...
