Me the wife and three kids stayed here for three nights. Very good price , room was clean and was cleaned each day. Place feels quite dated. Staff very friendly and always around should you need help or advice. Parking is limited but outside the main door around 5-6 cars . Happily go again

Room was outdated and bathroom was grubby. Soap still left in shower from previous guest. Walls are really thin and the lounge that you can chill in doesn’t allow food or drink so you have to go back to your small room. No-one on site during the night only a mobile to ring if you have issues. I had no hot water in the bathroom good job really as I didn’t fancy the shower

Room Tip: Room was freezing and no hot water. Bring a pillow as they are cheap and rock hard

The place was great and so was the service and the beds were very comfy but the shower was a little bit weak and not that hot but overall it was a good hotel and I would rate it 4 stars out of 5 and give it a solid 9\10

We stayed at the Malvern and cannot fault the hotel in any way. The room in fact the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff could not be more helpful, taking extra care to make sure we were well looked after .there was ample parking and the area was quiet at night all in all a very happy experience 10/10 Thank you

Great hotel, went here on a school trip back in 2016 and it was perfecto. The food was good, the room was good, the shower was good and it had great facilities. The only thing I would improve is removing the ceiling fan. Kept me and my mate up all night

Avoid avoid avoid! The walls are ridiculously thin, you can hear it every time someone so much as opens a door. We were kept up all night and from early morning by people having sex. I found clumps of someone else’s hair on my towel and the shower was filthy. The decor was old throughout and the hotel had a horrible smell. I would stay away, unless you enjoy not being able to get any sleep in a hotel you’ve paid good money for.

A clean, but extraordinarily dated hotel, offering no food, woodchip walls, and in real need of overhaul. Lack of insulation in ceiling meant the herd of elephants in room above could easily be heard It really isn't a hotel and has notices everywhere telling you what to do and not do.

Great friendly hotel, fantastic location, was a brilliant base for our family holiday. 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Comfy rooms with tea, coffee, hair dryer and television. Will book again.
