We stayed at the Ainsley guest house whilst visiting Newcastle for the rugby World Cup. It is perfectly suited for trips into and out of Newcastle being only a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms were lovely and Carole was a delightful host. I would definitely stay again and recommend a stay to anyone

We just wanted to thank Carole for a great stay and say what a lovely house she has. Rooms are a good size and ours, 4 had an en-suite. The house is immaculate with very comfy beds and very well thought out. The kitchen on the 1st is a brilliant idea. Thanks Carole. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nicely decorated, warm and welcoming. The room was a good size, with a large TV and our own en-suite.
