Hi Yes the hotel has a lift to all guest bedrooms. Initial access to the hotel is via small small steps from the pavement into the hotel foyer. Regards Chesterhouse Hotel

The staff are very helpful , did you request a front room on booking ? The dining room has plenty of two only tables.

Contact the hotel as we saw no dogs when staying.Contact tourist information.Noted that on the ferries there is a specific area for dogs with passengers but near on mind it is a 3 hour journey.Hope this info helps

Yes all rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

Hi, Parking is available on tjhe promenade opposite the hotel although this is limited in duration and a parking disc (available from the hotel), must be displayed. Unrestricted car parking is available on the promenade within a few minutes walk so if this is preferred we would suggest that on arrival you drop your bags off and the hotel reception staff can advise further.
