I have visited the IOM many times in various accommodation. Very pleased that Premier Inn now offers accommodation in the IOM. It’s not the cheapest but you do know what you are getting with Premier Inn, it’s clean and comfortable, staff are helpful and polite and the breakfast is good value and of a high standard. As long as the price is competitive it will be my first choice of accommodation for future visits.
Visited this hotel twice, and booked again for 2023, clean and very welcoming, the breakfast is hearty and the staff treat you like family particularly Ryan, looked after us well. The rooms were clean and well designed, a choice of shower or bath and plenty of room, had a great sleep in the large double bed.
Stayed here for a mini break and some quality time with my partner was a lovely evening staff were amazing food was amazing the room was lovely and clean great sleep will be deffinatly be back thank you premier inn
very friendly staff and very welcoming children were welcomed with a smile breakfast set us up for the day and the kids loved their evening meals we went when it was the TT so very busy but still staff very happy and friendly
Spent 9 nights at this hotel during in the iom tt which as you can imagine is a very busy time, made even busier by the fact the hotel was short staffed. This certainly didn't effect the service we received. The staff at this hotel are absolute gems to premire inn. Every single one of them went above and beyond. Very helpful even found time to come and chat. The staff are the reason we have rebooked this hotel again for next year.
Fantastic location in the centre of Douglas. Ideal for the TT. Lovely, modern, clean hotel - but it was the friendliness of the staff that shone through. John and Kim stood out but they were all lovely - genuinely interested in our stay and full of useful visitor tips. Already booked for next year!
We chose the Premier Inn because we were staying 5 nights and it offered good value. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was handy for the buses and trains and also the quays and seafront. We popped to the M&S across the way for our breakfast, and also luxuries such as biscuits and hot chocolate sachets which the premier Inn doesn’t offer. We hadn’t realised you have to ask for housekeeping but it was quite nice to have the room to ourselves, although it was quite an ordeal to have to find a member of staff to ask for milk and more tea bags twice a day. I was expecting the bed to be super comfy having seen the adverts but thought it a bit hard. We arrived on a Monday and the restaurants in Douglas all seemed to be closed so we were very relieved that the restaurant in the Premier inn offered an excellent meal quite late in the evening and for half the price! It was a pleasant surprise to find a bath although only a fixed shower head. …
Came here with my family and friends with there family had a great stay rooms clean and adequate being very close to the shops and amenities was a bonus staff where friendly polite and helpful Breakfast was plentiful and fulfilling overall stay was great you cant beat a Premier Inn for affordability
Stopped here during a visit to the island. I booked the Premier Room for extra comfort. When I arrived there was no soap bottle in the shower. I was then surprised when I returned the first afternoon that room had not been made up. I reported both to reception but neither was addressed during my 3 night stay. That said hotel was very clean, breakfast was good and location was excellent although there is no car parking.
Staff were extremely patronising and rude to me upon arrival. Not worth the amount of money I paid whatsoever, I honestly think I could’ve received a better experience by sleeping on a park bench with a blanket. In fact, in the past, I have received a better night’s sleep on a park bench ! Will not be coming back and would not encourage anyone else to either.
