Peter and Warren were so kind. They looked after my partner whilst I went out with my friends. The B & B is really well cared for and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast is superb with a fantastic choice of dishes all freshly prepared. The location is excellent, right in the most beautiful part of Shanklin - the old village. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived at their spotless & lovely home until we left we were treated as friends by Peter&Warren, who were terrific hosts and made our stay so relaxing, you felt that nothing was too much trouble, our room was great and the bed was so comfy which made for a great 3 night stay after long days/nights at the festival!! The super breakfasts set you up for the day and there was a great choice from fresh fruit to a beautifully cooked full English from Warren and cheerfully served by Peter all watched over in the hall from the beautiful Maggie 🐕 You can see from the outset that they have put their heart&soul into this 5star B&B which would put many so called posh hotels to shame. Till the next time both. all the best. Neil & Loraine

Just returned from another fantastic stay with Pete and Warren at Grange Bank. They are so welcoming and friendly, as they say arrive as guests but leave as friends, nothing is too much trouble for them. Accommodation is 5 star+, hot breakfast is cooked to order (including my porridge with water!). This was our 5th stay and we will definitely be back again soon. Would highly recommend this guest house

Can’t fault this establishment, personally we feel Warren does the best breakfasts and Petes service in the dinning room is second to none. Rooms spotless and lovely toiletries in the room, even their beautiful dog is one of the sweetest lol Relaxed atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for them both. We have returned many times and will be back again in August that speaks for itself

I am really lazy with regards to leaving reviews, so something has to be well above the ordinary to stir me from my inertia but felt compelled to give praise where it’s due for Grange Bank, Shanklin. It soon becomes abundantly clear the warmth and passion that Pete and Warren have for their making sure their guests have an exceptional stay at their home. The guys seem to have struck that perfect balance between excellent service and yet maintain a calm relaxing and informal atmosphere - definitely no Fawlty Towers here! From the genuinely warm welcome and advice on the local area, the spotless room and little touches like chocolate left outside your room each evening makes this a stand out place to stay. Warrens breakfasts are fantastic, well cooked, fruit juices and free flowing fresh coffee were all delicious and with plenty of choice that will set you up for a day exploring the island or the lovely local area. Pete has the amazing gift of effortlessly floating between the busy kitchen and tables and has an uncanny knack of making sure the guests have what they need before they know they need it. The guys clearly go the extra mile and have a genuine passion and gift for hospitality, something that is often hard to find. Their calm and helpful demeanour disguises all the hard work these guys clearly put in to make your stay as comfy as possible. Hotel bosses, watch and learn.

The welcome we received on arrival was wonderful. We were made to feel at home from the first minute by Warren and Peter. During our stay everything was perfect, we have never been looked after so well. Spotlessly clean throughout, breakfast was cooked to perfection with plenty of choices and the service was amazing. You will not find a better bed and breakfast anywhere, very highly recommended. Two perfect hosts in every way. We will be booking on a regular basis.

We have just enjoyed a 5 night stay at Grange Bank House and will most certainly be returning. Pete and Warren gave us such a warm welcome on arrival with refreshments and information on the best places to visit and dine. This is more than just a bed and breakfast and everything is spotlessly clean. Our bed was super comfy and all that you could wish for was provided in the room. All our needs were catered for and more. . .you get a feeling that they really would go the extra mile. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed with the emphasis on 'making yourself at home'. It was so lovely that our dog was able to join us and he was also treated like a family member. Thank you Pete and Warren for welcoming us into your lovely home and we hope to see you again soon. Helen, Lee and Finn.
