We stayed at the Harrow lodge again this year. It was faultless, ALL the staff are very professional and helpful, the room was big and spotless. We had a large choice of breakfast and it was all fresh. We ate at the bar every night as the food is cheep and of a very high standard. It's a short walk...

Just returned from a 3 night stay at The Harrow Lodge, having booked a single room last minute so I could visit family. You will see from my reviews I visited Shanklin a lot and this is a hotel I would normally not have chosen. Previously it had lots and lots of signs outside advertising cheap food and drink which...

We had a family room, which the bar just above the room, when you look out the window, there are tables and chairs with people having their food . if you open up your window, people can easily come in with just a step height. so you can imagine you are watching people eating through your whole window like sitting...

Last day of our holiday & after staying at the near by "The Bay" reneged holiday home we decided to treat ourselves to a full English breakfast. At the time of leaving our holiday home the heavens decided to open & we were soaked! The staff at the The Harrow lodge were lovely & could not welcome us enough, offering...

We booked this hotel not long before travelling. Lovely location, hotel very clean, very hard working staff! It was explained to us that we would have to change rooms on booking for our last night and what a lovely gesture that they gave us one of the sea view rooms and moved all our luggage while we were out! Our...

We visited the Harrow Lodge using a Price is Wight Voucher so we were expecting a budget meal and basic service, I couldn't have been more wrong, Harrow Lodge is in a beautiful spot on the cliff path overlooking the bay, and we were lucky enough to visit on a really hot day, we found a table on the balcony...

The hotel restaurant offers a 3 course meal to ALL for £10.75. It's £8.50 for two courses. In the two nights we have been here the choices have been cream of mushroom or fish goujons to start followed by carbonara, jacket potato with chilli or chicken tikka curry and bread and butter pudding or banoffee pie. We came back the...

As I own a property on IOW I have never stayed at the Harrow Lodge but I have used the bar on many occasions . The staff are friendly and helpful, the drinks and food are reasonably priced and it is a nice place to while away the time with its decking and excellent sea views

Just back from a great time on the Isle of Wight. Stayed at the Harrow Lodge for the week and it could not have been better. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the family a family room for parents and 3 grandchildren downstairs. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts substantial. Will...
