Just returned from a 3 night stay at Luccombe Hall and to be honest was very disappointed from the minute we arrived which was a shame as the hotel from the outside looked promising. The receptionist (duty manager) who checked us in looked like she was half asleep and made us feel comfortable that we were actually checking in to...

Stayed Sunday to Wednesday. Booked a special deal for 3 nights, including the ferry, first night dinner and tickets to the Roman Villa, which is a must to visit. We had a room on the first floor with a side sea view. It was quiet and had good WIFi. The bed was comfortable. For breakfast we had the haddock with...

What a wonderful place! The pictures on the website don't do it justice. Staff was very friendly and helpful trying to get ahead of our needs. The bedroom was large, clean, with seaside view, lovely beds and a jacuzzi. The gardens and views were out of this world. There is an indoor pool that was a hit with the children....

Family & I arrived weekend before last weekend (end March/start April), here is a short review of our time there, told in no particular order. Indoor games area was surprisingly spacious and pretty good, managed to get in a few games of pool (must pay for this). Air hockey was unfortunately out of order the whole weekend. Played some table-tennis...

Booked in to this hotel a month or so previously, as a base for some business visits. Having travelled extensively in UK and Europe, the welcome by Cathy May, the duty manager, was the warmest I have ever received. She made it feel so informal but so welcoming at the same time. The room was very comfortable with superb sea...

Stayed here on 2nd April for two nights. Hotel was very clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Was shown around the hotel as soon as we got there by a member of staff. Were shown to our room. Was a bit worried as we followed the lady to our room down some stairs but our room (30) was lovely...even...

My husband, son and I stayed here for one Saturday night, we looked at reviews which all seemed ok and as it had a pool and games room thought it would be prefect for our 11yr old. On arrival the receptionist was very enthusiastic with her greeting and gave us a brief tour of the hotel layout. The place was...

Booked hotel for a surprise 2 night break for my wife's birthday, and very pleased, very reasonable cost, great included evening meal of excellent quality and service, likewise the breakfasts. They also offer a discounted price on second nights meal but we could not take advantage as we had theatre trip booked and not enough time, sadly. We were able...
