Great stay. The room was booked on air bnb for the festival weekend. I booked room 5, family room with bunk beds in one room and a double in the other. The room was clean and comfy. We have stayed in this area a few times and this was one of the best rooms we’ve had. Unfortunately they do not offer food or a bar at present so minimal amenities. Check in was arranged with the proprietor. The room had a tv, tea and coffee facilities and shower gel etc. nice and quiet and great experience

As I understand it this hotel has recently changed hands. The people running it are friendly and helpful, and it is a very good hotel for people with you d children. We had a family room that had a separate bedroom with bunk beds for the children and a mother room with a double bed with en-suite. The place was immaculate, and nicely decorated. No food available - but we were kindly given use of the visitors lounge, with pool table, fridge, microwave and seating area. Really close to Shanklin cliff lift that take you down to Shanklin beach - about 2 min walk. Would recommend and stay here again.

Booked this in December 2021 for a 40th celebration in June 2022. Received e-mail beginning of January 2022 asking for details of who was staying and what rooms we would need. After replying we received another e-mail at the end of January saying that they had the listing incorrect and they didn't have the rooms to accommodate us and they actually couldn't provide breakfast either. Suspect the proprietor cancelled when he found out we were a same sex married couple. Absolute disgraceful way to treat people organising a special family event!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were met by the friendly smiling faces of our hosts, Debbie and Malcolm. They took us through their COVID-19 procedures and showed us to our room. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had an ensuite shower room as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast is fantastic and all cooked fresh to order. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Isle of Wight. Thank you Debbie and Malcolm for a great stay

We return every year to this establishment. The proprietors have become good friends due to the accommodating attitude of Debbie and Malcolm. The location is excellent, being right by the cliff lift and path to the beach, and 5 minutes stroll to the local high street. There is free parking on site - which is otherwise difficult in that area. Debbie cooks a great breakfast, and is willing to accommodate my daughter's fussy eating habits due to her special needs. They cater for schools during the early Summer months, so are well used to dealing with families with children. Their relaxed attitude directly contributes towards my relaxed holiday!

I have always been looked after with a great room for a single person and breakfast is very good. I would always stay here if am on the island. It is well located for riding all over the island and only 30 minutes from Cowes. We have had great time every year and this is our 11th year.

Very family friendly B&B. The hosts were very welcoming and the room was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We’d definitely stay there again next time we visit the Island!

On arrival there was no room to park , there is a small parking place in the front but its first come first serve, max 3 cars. so had to park up the street.. the room was in need of decoration , no chairs to sit on , poor bedding and pillows it was depressing , and over looking peoples back yards , cramped , the bunk beds nearly toppled over .The breakfast was good .
