Received a warm welcome from Julie on arrival, which continued throughout our 3 night stay, as all staff very friendly and eager to please. Excellent service & food in the restaurant. Evening meal was exceptional. Our room had obviously been updated recently & was very pleasantly furnished. Overall, an excellent stay & great value.

The hotel is about the size of Fawlty Towers but with much better service! The sea view rooms were very good and the annexe rooms more than adequate. The whole hotel seems newly decorated so is in good condition. Breakfast was excellent and the dinners very good. The hotel has a superb view over the bay and a lovely garden...

The meals were taken in a conservatory overlooking the gardens, outdoor pool and the sea. The food was very nice, although I did think...

Unpleasant welcome through horrid mean side entrance into tiny lobby with the toilet doors hanging open. Extensions rooms are plain and clean with tiny bathooms and rooms have no sound proofing at all Dinner and breakfast perfectly adequate in a Brake Bros sort of way, in the original part of the House But the extensions exterior has had no money...

We couldn't fault any of it, with the small exception of breakfast on the second day where the staff seemed a little overwhelmed as the hotel...

This really is a dog friendly hotel in a wonderful clifftop location- so easy and although you eat in a separate area with your dog and are only allowed in certain areas it all works fine. There are plenty of exercise areas from the doorstep with fantastic sea views. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful - all trained...

Lovely hotel and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We had a sea view and it really was a sea view. The room we had was also a good side and the location was great as you could walk into Shanklin or walk to the beach.
