We stayed for 2 nights on a deal which offered a free ferry crossing (car) plus d/b/b for 1st night and b/f on the 2nd and 3rd day, we paid for dinner on our 2nd night and the lot came to £199, hard to beat for value. As the name suggests it looks like an old Victorian manor

We've stayed twice at the Manor's sister hotel, the Luccombe Hall, and enjoyed everything about it. We saw a special offer of a 3-night dining break at the Manor and decided to go for it. An online chat and a phone call arranged our stay and a discounted ferry crossing. We

This hotel was a lovely place to stay with clean rooms, excellent food and friendly staff. It is in a great location with amazing views and I would recommend this hotel as a base to explore the Isle of White from. However, if you are looking for a hotel with decent spa

Thank you Sarah for your review and comments regarding your stay at Luccombe manor and your use of the sister hotel facilities at Luccombe Hall. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us but are sorry to hear you found the pool facilities didn't meet your expectations. Works are being planned to refresh the pool facilities at Luccombe Hall and obviously there is no excuse for the changing rooms not being clean - this has already been addressed. We do hope we can welcome you back for another visit in the future.

We only have 2 different grades of rooms, standard or seafacing. Our Seafacing rooms look out towards the sea and do benefit from a lovely sea view. There Is a supplement for these rooms. Standard rooms are situated on the sides of the hotel that do not face the sea and do not have a sea view. We do not accept dogs in any of our seafacing rooms.

"Best go upstairs so you don't have anybody walking above you, as it's quite noisey."
"Find out which room you are in before going and establish how quiet it is. Dog friendly."
