Gill and Tony certainly know how to cater for all ages. I took my great granddaughter, seven weeks of age at the time, granddaughter and my dog back to St. Edmunds for a second stay. Gill provided a travel cot and bedding for my great granddaughter. She even sterilised her bottles each day. I cannot emphasise enough the quality of...

Stayed here for 3 nights, on business, great location for visiting the area and proximity to Dartmouth via the ferry. One way ticket on the higher ferry £5.60 or £9.50 return, other rates for multiple crossings are available. Please note this is a cash only ferry. Walking distance from many restaurants, the sea front and shops, no need to use...

Lovely and welcoming especially if you have four legs! Guaranteed parking in this area is also a big plus. Facilities and rooms are better than a lot of other much higher priced places. Attention to detail is all I can say other than thanks for a lovely stay.

Comfortable room with plenty of storage space for our 3 night stay. Excellent breakfast, welcoming owners, just a short walk from the railway station for the steam trains to Dartmouth, and close to the sea front too. Plenty of places to go in the area. An enjoyable short break.
