Competitively priced hotel with a spoons built in - what's not to like? Hmmm, I try and write objective reviews, not 'stickin the boot in' unnecessarily. Wigan, was a very friendly place across the board and the staff at the hotel were great. Parking was available and free and the hotel was convenient for access into town. The hotel (...

The hotel and bar are well situated for the town centre. The hotel is kept in good condition and the bar is well run and very busy. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel and bar to all my friends.

Popped in with family after a great rugby match! It was buzzing but still the service was really good and so was the food for the money, especially as it included a pint as well. The service was fantastic, especially the young man on the bar who was so good I offered him a nice tip before I left, which...

I wrote to Wetherspoons twice to inform them of my concerns about the state of the room we stayed in at the Brocket Arms, but both times they ignored me. So now I will review it on Tripadvisor so others know how important their customer feedback is to them. We were greeted on arrival, and informed that the keycards were...

Usual standard I have come to expect from Wetherspoon hotels. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for my needs.Friendly staff. If I have a complaint it is that there was no fish available on the routine fish Friday which is always available at Wetherspoon and I usually enjoy. Strange.

At first the shower worked fine, got it to the right temperature, but shortly after I got in the flow started to reduce and then stopped completely, I tried to readjust it but could only get cold water. I packed you bags and told reception that I wanted another room. The most annoying thing about all of this is that...

Stayed for one night in a single room. The room was clean & warm. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and soap provided. Good secluded car park at rear. Friendly reception staff. Great value for money.
