Oh no! I am so sorry to read this. Did you speak to a member of staff at The King's Lodge Inn as we would happily rectify - we would always far rather know at the time so we can put it right.
We came to see the Lumiere, and the Kingslodge was well located, and the fact it had its own parking was a bonus, and it’s just a short walk to Durham City centre.

We stayed at the Kingslodge hotel for one night, and chose it in part as it accepts dogs. But it also looked decent for humans!
