This is an exclusive B&B because there is only ever one set of guests! Accommodation is in a lovely little annexe off the main house. Downstairs there is a sitting room, tea & coffee making facilities with a half size fridge, TV, DVD player and cloakroom. Upstairs there is an ensuite shower room and a king size bed with the...

Dear Emma, It is great to receive such a flattering review and it reinforces our efforts to make our guest feel welcome. Anyway, with our standards so well documented in this review it becomes more difficult to drop them in future. Hope to see you back here on day. Regards, Frank

You get your own very comfortable self-contained annex adjoining the main house. A downstairs lounge with a cloakroom off and lovely garden to enjoy, weather permitting. An alcove offers a kettle to make a variety of teas and there is also a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Also a scrummy cake is left for you daily. Upstairs there is a...

Situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple about 10 minute walk from the town centre, I have to agree with the other reviewers all of whom have rated Weirholme as excellent. For £65 per night we got our own little house and private walled garden (along with hot tub). Frank is a really nice guy who serves up a fantastic breakfast...

Weirholme Annex b&b is a lovely place to stay in Barnstaple! As stated this b&b is a separate private annex which means you get your own charming space to stretch out with lounge downstairs & bedroom upstairs. From the lounge are double glass doors out to a private patio & garden area. The bed is very comfortable. In the lounge...

A fantastic self contained annexe that has everything you could wish for. Entirely private except for breakfast in the dining room of the main house - an experience in itself. Frank is very obliging and puts on a great spread. It's nice to have the space to relax in a B and B and here you have your own comfortable...

Weirholme annexe is a comfortable, spacious and private annexe. Frank the host is a nice chap, who brings in fresh foods each day, whilst meals are taken in the lovely main house. There is parking outside on the road. Everything works properly, is clean, and all makes for a nice stay.

Good to see your review and thank you for your stay. We try hard to provide a comfortable and welcoming space - sometimes it does rain - and we love to see our efforts appreciated.

Stayed for two nights so it was good to have the separate living room with sofa. Appreciated the selection of DVDs and pastries every day. Had breakfast in the main house's massive dining room. Amazing breakfast with a wide selection, something cooked of your choice, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, fruit salad, yoghurt, small smoothies, fruit juice and cafetiere coffee,...

This was a great location for exploring the North and West Devon coasts. Very close to Barnstaple with lots of restaurants a short drive away. We really appreciated the space to accommodate our adult daughter who was travelling with us. She had her own private pullout bed and 2 piece washroom on the main level. And we had a very...

My husband and I spent three nights here. We didn't want to spend too much, but the hotels and b&bs that were marginally cheaper looked dated and fusty in comparison. The Annex was well worth the extra spend. For £65 a night you get what amounts to a perfectly cosy holiday apartment to yourself, completely private as you are the...
