Our room was Fab, my son had his own single bedroom just off our room and was thrilled to bits. The breakfast was really good, great choice which caters for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has special memories as we got married here back in 2012 and decided to have a short break over the Christmas period. It was nice to see it had been improved since our last visit especially the swimming pool as it was definitely needed and the bar is good positive too. We had a great time with our... More

in General the hotel was very good but was disappointed when calling for room service and was advised to call back on 30 minutes as they were busy. The room was rather basic with a faulty tv remote control and also no tea or coffee facilities in the room for £250 per night bb you would expect a bit more.... More

Really enjoyed our stay at the Burnside. Welcoming staff and environment and a fabulous spa complete with plastic champagne glasses to allow for extra fizz whilst in the jacuzzi. A totally relaxing couple of days away. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We popped over for a Christmas break and the hotel looked great and very festive. Our room was perfect and reception staff were friendly and helpful as ever. The breakfast is usually a buffet but I'm assuming due to it been a weekday and low occupancy we had to order it instead. The quality of the food was fine but... More

The Saturday evening there was a Christmas party night which included a 5 course meal and disco. The food was delicious and a bargain for £29.95 each.
