We stayed at the Seaham for a weekend break, it's a cracking B & B with friendly staff, a great location, excellent rooms and an amazing breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend to anyone.

A great location, clean well equipped rooms. Warm and friendly owners ,nothing is too much trouble , we asked for a later breakfast and was told no problem and what a breakfast it turned out to be . we will be going back again .

A small family bed and breakfast a friendly welcome good local information.the room was clean also bathroom although on the small side but clean with clean towels and choice of breakfast to start your day off right . would stay again.

On the beachfront opposite the old pier. Lovely people who run this small guest house - really can't do enough for you. Rooms are good, really comfortable, shower adequate and lots of goodies (Biscuits & hot drinks) available in the room. Breakfast in the morning superb. On arrival we were met by Nick who is the owner, he very kindly saved us a parking place right out side door.The house is spotless and the rooms are a good size with on suite , but the best of all is the breakfast a good choice from a full English to smoked haddock ect. I think Caroline does...

We had travelled to Weymouth for the weekend to support our son who was competing in the Iron man completion So we needed a central location to watch the race. This B&B is excellent the owners were very welcoming and helpful breakfast was amazing Would highly recommend the Seaham

Nick and Caroline were fantastic hosts from the minute we got there. They had fantastic knowledge of the area. The room was spotless with added extras such as bottles of water, great selection of coffees/teas, hot chocolate. We managed to reserve parking throughout our stay which was a bonus!
