Its a two star and thats what you pay for. The hotel is quirky and not very user friendly, corners and steps where u don't it and closed doors everywhere. But the room is fine and clean, also the bed except that the pillows were dusty. Room is big enough. Shower only. Parking also quirky, and you pay 4 pounds....

Clean room, tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms, comfy bed. Breakfast was good perfect to start the day, will multiple options. Only negative point, shower wasn't great but for two nights we made do. Great location right next to the harbour with so many restaurants to choose from with really good cocktails across the road!

Just by the town bridge this traditional seaside hotel is very well placed for the town centre, the harbour and the beach. It is exactly as advertised which I always appreciate. I had an en suite single room plus breakfast for 2 nights for less than £80. That's good for Weymouth. The bar in the Crown serves a good range...

The hotel building is old and pittoresc. It's like going back to the age of Agatha Christie. Many stairways, corridors and an old time launge. The rooms are very small but clean. The bathroom is very tiny. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The English breakfast is very nice as well. Amazing service from the staff.

Stayed here over the May Bank holiday for two nights. Stayed in a single room on the third floor. Tea and coffee in the room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. Some noise from outside the hotel but it is a centrally positioned hotel on a bank holiday.

Booked in last minute and apparently got the last room on a bank holiday Saturday night. Room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a few rounds of soap, other than that nothing. Carpet was badly stained which made it look unpleasant, but otherwise no problems. Breakfast in the morning was quick...

Just came back from a week stopping at this excellent hotel, me and my partner took our dad away and we couldn't of picked a better hotel or location. The hotel is really equipped for the elderly, every member of staff we met daily was friendly always polite and went out there way to make you comfortable. The only downside...

Very good location for walking around Sea Front and Town Centre, make sure you ask about Parking before you travel, limited concession parking. Nothing for kids, mainly mature coach parties on four day stays. Clean and staff are very good, breakfast above average. But decor is very dated and they have some strange themed decorations? Small lift to all floors...

The hotel was well located and we were allowed to use permit parking only 2min walking from it thanks to the lovely staff. The room room was dated when compared to the photos presented when booking. Furthermore, the restaurant area looked very... nationalistic... but the full fry was good, so nothing to complain there.
