Views from our windows were excellent. We had 3 luxury rooms and 1 other which were all very different. One on the first floor had bare plaster on the ceiling. One had a shower cubicle in the room. All were decorated very strangely, certainly not our taste anyway. The bed linen was clean but we all found the beds very hard....

After a bad experienced in another B&B, where we decided not to stay, the Roundhouse came to our rescue (thanks to someone leaving a day early). And what a brilliant decision we made. Keith was very warm and friendly however the piece de resistance was the room. I describe the place as shabby chic however I do hope this is...

I phoned the Roundhouse Hotel last minute, and the hotel was full. Keith, the owner kindly offered me an apartment in the town centre, and fully informed me of the location, etc. Keith was welcoming and informative, recommending a good place for supper. He walked us to the apartment and showed us in. The apartment was delightful, super clean -...

Location was great, you could walk to the beach in under 60 seconds!! The decor of the room was lovely, some "shabby chic" styling, a lovely purple sofa facing the window that looked out to the beach, very nice to way to start the day with a cup of tea!! Nice big windows as well, one side had a view...

As a young couple we decided to stay in one of the apartments that are located in the centre of town that the runs house provides. The walk from the hotel to the apartment takes just over 5 mins. The apartment it self was lovely, very clean, and provided everything we needed. Unfortunately on night 1 the noise levels from...

Fantastic location. Had a great room with amazing views. Quirky rooms which are spotless. Owner is very friendly. Would recommend staying here. Walking distance to everything and quiet in the evening. Beds very comfortable. Couldn't fault this B&B for a weekend away

Loved this small and personal hotel which is in the perfect location. Our 2nd floor family room had a view of the beach and the harbour, and was delightful. Very clean, with beautifully white linen, and really comfortable beds. The decor with bright colours, unique furnishings and lovely artwork made it stand out from the usual boring places and lifted...

We had two rooms for three nights. No beds made or any other 'housekeeping' was done. Did we have too high expectations? View from one room overlooking the beach was lovely. Breakfast was fine. Considered it quite expensive when I had to make my own bed!

What a great guest house, great location for both the town, beach and harbour, our room had windows over looking both the beach and harbour. It's across the road from the pavilion if you want to see any shows. the room was spotless and a nice size, I cant comment on the breakfast because we were only room but it...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located at start of the broad sweep of Weymouth’s grand & elegant Esplanade, the Roundhouse occupies a unique position within the curved end of one of the classic terraces of Georgian townhouses which epitomise this wonderful and historic seaside resort.# The Roundhouse boasts stunning and unrivalled views over the golden sands of Weymouth Bay in front and the picturesque 17th century harbour behind from each of its superbly appointed bedrooms. Although we do not offer breakfast, the bean to cup coffee machine in the guest lounge is available 24 hours a day, serving a range of coffees and hot chocolate, and there are complimentary croissants and pastries available every morning. If you require anything more, there are several excellent cafes within walking distance of the hotel and we would be more than happy to make recommendations. ... more   less
