Tried various places in Beverley centre but they were all full. Decided to go to Windmill, as usually good fayre and usually room, as a bit away from the market place. There was a lot of room, although was filling up when we left. My wife had that fish cakes, which she enjoyed. I was boring and had the steak...

This is probably not the type of place that you would book for your honeymoon but for a short business trip it was perfect. Great value for money, great food & hospitality all round. Small room but clean, tidy & very comfortable. I will definitely stay again & would recommend The Windmill to others.

I don't expect much but I do expect the room to be clean and presentable which unfortunately this was not I will benefit from someone giving it a deep deep clean the dust was everywhere and not just a light layer it was even on the bathroom tiles top of the radiator. The bed sheets were clean but the double...

Having seen The Windmill after leaving the nearby gents hairdressers, I thought I'd pop in for a bite to eat and ordered the all day breakfast at £5.50. Well it was huge, with perfectly cooked eggs. Together with a large hash brown 2 sausages, two rashers of good sized bacon, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms and two slices of toast. There...

This place is really nice. Cheap but cheerful. Put us up at last minute after a bad experience at another place that we just could not have stayed in. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Would happily stay here again.

Good centrally located Bed and Breakfast with the only niggle being its proximity to a couple of Takeaways which caused a little noise later on. The room itself was clean and tidy and what I would expect for £35 per night. I will use again.

Helped us out after the hotel we should of been in was terrible . Lovely rooms and good value for money. Bath rooms a little dated but perfectly ok . Rooms had everything we needed . Would stay here again thank you for helping us . Bedrooms were hot but that's understandable being an old pub , could do with...

We stayed for one night for a friends party. It's very basic but comfortable. The most disappointing thing was that breakfast was only served between 8 and 9am on a Sunday and check out was at 10am. So fine for a bed but not for a romantic getaway.
