Stayed here for two nights this week. We had upgraded rooms which were very nice. Overall the hotel was lovely although it seems to be having some much needed titivating. The staff were very helpful and the food was also of a high standard.

Dear Walshy Thank you for your kind comments about your recent stay at Rhinefield House. I am sorry if the new air-conditioning roof works disturbed you but I am sure you can appreciate they were vital to get completed before the summer really starts.

Book this last minute as I wanted to get away for the weekend, the website looks fine etc etc but on arrival, I had my reservations. Our room wasn't ready but we had treatments booked in the tiny spa but the staff were very accomodating. When our room was ready, I was shown the way as I waited in the...

My wife and I visited this delightful hotel in April 2014 for a 3 day stay, taking advantage of one of their special offers & we were not disappointed. Its location in the New Forest is first class & allows easy access to all parts of the Forest. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. The grounds,...

We have just returned from a one night break at the Rhinefield House. The hotel approach is stunning, its in a lovely location and first impressions of the building are fabulous. It is a short walk from the car park to the entrance and reception staff were very helpful although the reception area is quite small and not particularly impressive....

A hard review to write- this hotel is idyllic. Location - perfect, room- perfect, (newer room) scenery - stunning. 5/5 perfection. Corridors are tatty, SOME service poor others excellent.0, food small and delicious portions but location poor, other food poor with a fantastic location. Massage perfect and pedicure rubbish. I would love to give this a perfect score but feel...

I had lunch in the Grill with my friend, and the food was delicious. The service was excellent, and the drinks well -chilled. The grounds at Rhinefield are superlative, and a walk in the gardens is always a pleasure. I think that a little more attention to detail would not go amiss. The grill room was clean and attractive, but...

We decided to come for lunch and enjoy the alfresco in the beautiful gardens, overlooking the grounds of the New Forest, The staff were a bit slow and in the end we found a table over looking the grand pond. We stayed at the hotel for one night on the 21st of June. We had a ground floor room in a wing off the hotel. There was no view out of the window only trellis hiding the outdoor pool. The room was hot and air less if you opened the windows all you heard was people in the pool. Later...
