Stayed at the Rhinefield House Hotel back in 2018. Beautiful Hotel & stunning grounds! Staff where very attentive and polite. Highly recommend the A La Carté restaurant. We had the Pork Belly & Risotto, so tasty! Very romantic and more sophisticated setting out of the choices to eat there. Little bit more hidden so ask staff and I’m sure they can take you. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of space for parking upon arrival. Would definitely stay again - check out the cute squirrel! Many thanks for a lovely stay.
A HUGE thank you to the wedding and events team who pretty much became family to us over the last 3 years! Our wedding day couldn't of gone any better, literally a dream come true. This venue is STUNNING and it's staff are just the best kind of people 😍 EVERYTHING went perfect 🥰 A special mention to our co-ordinator Anette for literally becoming a sister 💕 and going over and above in anyway she could. A special thanks to India who stayed up past 3am to accommodate guests, sorry about that 🤭 We stayed the whole weekend, it was pure bliss. Food, service, facilities. What a 5 star venue! We'll be back every year for out anniversary 💯 Thank you for being part of our special day! ❤️
I cannot fault the staff or food but if you are in a wheelchair chair you are going to come across a lot of problems. When we arrived the front entrance there was a lot of steps after sitting outside for a while someone came out and said there us a disable entrance (you need a sign near the front entrance to tell people) when we got into the hotel there is a lovely disabled toilet but its locked and you have to get someone to find a member of staff to get the key to open the door. I do understand why the door was locked but why not put a radar key lock on the door. You will find most people with disabilities will have a radar key. Then came the most upsetting part of the day to get to the wedding venue there is NO wheelchair access it all steps several people looked for a way to get me to the actual wedding in the end i could not attend the actual wedding and had to be left alone on the grass this was so upsetting I was in tears. Then to get into the room for the wedding breakfast there was a wooden ramp but it was so steep it took 2 people to push the chair up. I do understand this is a lovely old building but in our times you should really have thought about your disabled guests …
We had a really lovely 4 nights at this hotel. It is a really special place and very relaxing. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of places to sit. We had a stunning dinner on the first night and a wonderful afternoon tea on another day which was part of the package deal. My only complaint is that the hotel is quite confusing to find your way around but with a few signs telling guests which way to go would make a big difference. Met a couple of guests wondering around like us not knowing where they were. However if you have a good silence of direction, you will enjoy
We arranged to get married at Rhindfield in July 2021 for July 2022, the first wedding coordinator left in December of 2021 however Rhindfield was quick to give me another amazing wedding coordinator Annette Petnall. She helped me every step of the way and even when I had to make a difficult decision she offered her help that did not steer me wrong what so ever. If ever you are thinking of getting married in Rhindfield or even having your reception there i would fully recommend it. Even the staff was amazing, Tommas who was there the hole day to make sure everything went smoothly and Chris that did the decoration of the great hall was thoughtful of where things should go. It was a amazing day and I hope a lot more Brides has as much joy as I did with the help of Annette.
The most fabulous afternoon tea. This was such excellent value for money and the service was great , will definitely be going back ! The 3 course version is unique to me and the portions just right, very well thought out and detailed touches and beautiful surroundings .
This was our third visit in the last 7 months and I thought it was time to recognise the great food and lovely, friendly, helpful staff. This visit was for their afternoon tea, and it certainly disappoint: the best scones I can remember having; lovely fresh sandwiches; and a gorgeous pork and mushroom pie. And staff who were great at managing our modifications to the standard menu. Thank you!
We have been coming to this special place for several years. It is beautiful and an oasis of calm and beauty . In the heart of the New Forest. Outdoor pool a wander away from main hotel. Lovely grounds and fountains and a maze. Some of the staff change each year and the quality of the food can too. This year the food was superb. I don’t know who their chef is but he/ she deserves high praise. The bar is lovely with a carp pond next to it. India was superb behind the bar. Thanks Rhinefield. See you next year! .
Wonderful hotel, the room we had was an executive one and was superb, the food was of the highest quality and the service and staff were exemplary, stunning gardens and the facilities in the spa area and indoor pool was amazing. Luckily we had really good weather so the outdoor pool was especially useful as well
The hotel has beautiful grounds and is in an amazing location. The Conservatory Restaurant was perfect and it was a real treat to eat outside around the pond. Drinks on the terrace were very special and it was easy to unwind here. We were well looked after by the staff and a special shout out to Angel, Tom and Harry. Very professional staff in the spa and the facial treatment was superb.
