Bit of a dive but a typical late night venue / nightclub bar in a small town. Lively and open till 1am. Has a pool table and music tv (set to play what seemed to mainly be a weird mix of 90s hits) and the bar is reasonably priced. Bar staff attitude could be friendlier. Alright for staying out but...

My mother and her friend booked this hotel through booking.com. Due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn't attend. My mother cancelled this through booking.com and the hotel direct. I called the hotel as I wanted to make sure she wouldn't be charge as within the 48 hours period. The receptionist assured me that my mother wasn't even on their system so...

I didn't expect 5* luxury but I wanted clean and that as what I got. The place is a bit run down and the facilities are old but the staff were friendly and the service was good. I wouldn't bring my family here for a holiday but for one night on my own I would come back, no problem.

We stayed here last night and was really impressed with the service. All staff were very very friendly and welcoming. Rooms a little dated but for the price, I wasn't expecting luxury accommodation. Breakfast was very good, couldn't fault it at all. The shower was a little bit out of control temperature wise and the pressure was a little bit...

My hubby and stated here overnight. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and staff. The room was tired and could do with being updated. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fab. This place is cheap and ok for overnighter.

Dalgair House Hotel is not the Ritz but it does not pretend to be. We paid 100 pounds for 2 nights bed and breakfast and were really pleased with everything. The room we stayed in is a bit outdated but it was perfectly clean and had everything we needed including tea/coffee and biscuits. The Management and Staff were very polite...
