Warm, comfortable, homely, well-appointed and friendly, Roslin Cottage had everything we needed. The breakfasts were well cooked, hearty and nicely served. Lucy and Sid were a fund of information about what to do locally. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the service. Freda and Jim K.

Lovely people own this B & B. Enjoyed the big Scottish breakfast-shared with my husband. Nice big King -sized bed & great bathroom . Parking is a bit down the road from the cottage & it is a very busy road. There is nothing fancy here but it certainly filled our needs.

Thank you for taking time to leave us this kind review. Yes the road can be busy but with the triple glazing in the front rooms inside the house is quiet. The road too after everyone has found their way home. The old railway line makes a good alternative path down to town away from the road. All the best.... More

Lucy and sid were great hosts and welcomed us onto their exceptionally clean and comfortable cottage. A brilliant scottish breakfast all freshly prepared to set us up for the day. Lots of information available on the local activities.

The first B&B we had during our vacation in Scotland - and we were happily surprised. Friendly hosts, great bed, large bathroom. There was a garden where we could sit, breakfast was great. Sid and Lucy were very helpful. We hope to be back if we visit Scotland again!

Stayed at Roslin and had a problem with our initial booking. The error in the booking was mine but our hosts couldn't have done more for us. They rearranged things to suit as we were worried about the 'small double' we had initially booked. In the end we sampled three of the bedrooms there, including the small double which was... More

We just stayed here for one night, but it was a cute little bed and breakfast. After we checked in we basically passed out till morning, but we woke up well rested. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again

We spent one night here. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped through the door. The room was clean and had a lot of nice touches. Breakfast was enormous! Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here 2 nights while exploring Loch Katrine. The cottage is close to the street, as is appropriate for a residence several hundred years old, but quiet, nonetheless. The owners have done an excellent job updating the house as a B&B. It's a bit of a hike into town for meals, but a pleasant walk on good sidewalks. The owners... More

Spotlessly clean, very friendly owners and superb accommodation. Three main requirements of anyone staying at a B&B. Add on a wonderfully filling breakfast, and it was a delight all round to stay here. I stayed just one night in September 2015 and enjoyed a rear bedroom, peaceful and quiet with luxury amenities. Excellent shower cubicle (not standing in a bath)... More
