I returned for what are now pretty much monthly visits, and on my first visit of the new year I was greeted with a lovely welcome note and some chocolate's in my room. Special thanks to Sharnie, Bianca, Grace, and Janet and the rest of the team for making my stays a home from home. Also special thanks to Janet for her help with my coolant in December.
I used this hotel as a base to visit relatives. It was warm, very clean, comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly Food available in neighbouring restaurant, and the onsite parking was invaluable. A little tricky to find the entrance via sat nav directions, but instructions on the booking printout were perfect.
We have stayed at this Premier Inn on several occasions and have always been happy with the service we received from Front of House staff to the Cleaning Staff. Special mention must go to Sharney who was very helpful from the moment we arrived and greeting us with a big smile whenever she saw us on the 3 days we were there. Sharnay is an asset to your company and we were very impressed with her.
Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. I have stayed many times knowing my special needs will be met. This time Sharney was especially kind. Free parking - just validate - but also within walking distance to Christchurch station and town.
Stayed 1 night with family visiting another family member as it was his birthday. Welcoming and informative lady on reception. Nice, clean room. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities, WiFi, TV, shower. Nice place, would book again. Recommended.
We have just returned from this hotel after visiting relatives in the area for the Christmas period. The hotel is so handy and a short walk away from Christchurch itself. There is a large car park and the Bailey Bridge Pub right next door to it. There are also many shops close by, including Lidl and Home Bargains. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. We were asked on check in if we would like our room serviced during our stay, which we did for just one day so although the rooms aren't automatically serviced every day, you can arrange this on request. The rooms are clean and our bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast one morning, this was £9.50 per person and basically you can choose your hot items individually and have as much or as little as you wish. The staff in the restaurant were also very pleasant and accommodating. The only gripe we would have is that the hotel could do with a lick of paint here and there and also the exterior from the car park could do with a bit of maintenance to make it look a bit more welcoming. Otherwise, good affordable hotel with pleasant, hard working staff, so thank you again.…
Very comfy, quiet nights sleep , room was clean and spacious with extra pillows if needed. Receptionist was extremely helpful and informative. Restaurant directly next door for a good breakfast, plenty of parking , would use this Premier Inn again. Great location for town.
This hotel was fine for us, clean, comfy bed, easy parking, spacious, nice staff, perfect for visiting our family before Christmas. However, we booked a table for breakfast but did not pay in advance because I have dietry requirements and wanted to see the menu. My husband wanted the full cooked breakfast. What happened next made Faulty Towers look friendly. A surly young lady walked over and her first words were (and I kid you not) "Have you paid?" I replied no, I didn't know what I was having. "You must pay now!" I explained that I would like to see a menu, which she practically threw at me. There was no smile, no "Good morning", nothing remotely friendly or welcoming. Then she said "Have you booked?" I said yes. "I can't find you!" I asked if I could have a moment to read the menu, during which she repeated aggressively at least six or seven times "You must pay now!" Honestly, while it was so bad that it was almost funny, this person should not be let loose on the public. At this point my husband said he was leaving, so we sadly gave up on getting any breakfast. I told the young lady that she was very rude and had clearly no idea about hospitality. Her final remark as we left was "Company Policy!" I sincerely hope not! …
Chose this hotel as it had good parking and adjacent dining facilities. Hotel was good, with helpful friendly staff at check-in. The hotel was clean, comfortable and maintained Adjacent "Bailey Bridge" Table & Table dining was poor, the service was extremely poor with a staff attitude that can only be described as rude. Starters and main course served together, with the comment "if you want them served separately you need to go and recruit more staff". Food was cold, texture like cardboard, badly presented and missing some items from the plates.
Stayed for one night mid oct. Room very Tired marks on walls . Disabled Room seat in shower not very clean. Two teabags. No Biscuits. Breakfast although booked a time very busy dirty plates and cutlery serving spoons very dirty. a lot of serve yourself but considering we have had a pandemic cleanliness didn't seem high priority. two days later we caught Covid! wouldn't stay here again.
