Was very lucky to find any accommodation over the bank holiday weekend but this turned out to be a little gem. Comfortable, clean accommodation with great hosts making you feel very welcome and relaxed. Rooms have everything you need in them, comfy beds, parking available and a great breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more and will stay again.

I have reviewed Brantwood before. It is a great little place, with plenty of room in the accommodation, comfortable beds and a cooked breakfast so good that I've never found anywhere to beat it. Prices represent fantastic value for money.Jonathan and Lisa are delightful people who will go to endless trouble to please their guests.Wifi is free and trouble-free! But...

The Brantwood Guest house is run by Jon and Lisa and is always a friendly place to stay. I have stayed here for weekend breaks over 25 times as I have never since found a guesthouse as genuinely friendly and hospitable. The rooms are modern, the breakfast is tasty and it's a short walk to Christchurch town centre, the beaches...

Stayed at the Brantwood Guest House in Christchurch for 2 nights in August 2015. Unfortunately, we will never go back to this guest house. The overall condition is dirty, weeds on the front drive, stairwell full of dust and dirt, lobby dirty and untidy, curtains dirty and falling down, dust everywhere and generally uncared for. The room we stayed in...

We couldn't have had a more friendly welcome. Extremely accommodating & couldn't have been any more helpful!! Our 5 year old girl loved her own special bed & although she's usually very shy, the staff were soon her best friends!! She enjoyed it so much she wanted to stay there all day instead of going out! Our double bed was...

The B&B was good value at £63 per night, B&B for the two of us. We had come by train to Christchurch so we needed to use public transport or walk. The B&B is close to the station and within easy walking distance of the town and many restaurants. The local bus services are regular and stop just outside the...

Chose and booked this at the last minute and it was definitely a good choice. Only has 4 or 5 rooms, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and the owner will go out of his way to provide alternatives should you need them. In fact he was a really friendly and helpful person. Very...

I spent a most enjoyable week-end at Brantwood Guest House. My ground floor double room was of good size, tastefully decorated and furnished, with ensuite facilities - an apparently new power-shower and bathroom fitments. The owner cannot do enough to please, and the generous breakfasts are something to write home about. I have no reservation whatever in recommending this guest...

Clean rooms, tasty breakfast. And most of all, a very friendly and helpful host with lots of advice on what to do in Christchurch. We felt like home there. The location near the train station and the city center is also a big plus.
