Visited for a wedding function this Sunday just gone. I was impressed from start-to-finish. The hotel looks great inside and out, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no official luggage hold room, for people wishing to leave their stuff their before/after check-out temporarily, however I was able to store my luggage in a staff room cupbaord before...

Visited Sunday. Nice atmosphere in restaurant and very attentive waitress. Unfortunately poor vegetarian menu selection and hopeless timing/ service. I hope you fix your new staff issues soon and maybe chef could stretch his/her culinary creativeness beyond a lasagne or super food salad! A Sunday treat I want to forget !

Second time we stayed here, first time since being updated. Room 101 was very spacious, and bed large and very comfortable. A bit hit and miss with evening meal - steak dry / over cooked, super green salad neither very super or green, with a dominance of buttered or oiled noodles that confused and broke any promises of a healthy...

Once again and elegant start to the evening with happy hour cocktails at £5 each. The negroni was mixed well by the attentive bar tender and served in a gentlemanly cut glass tumbler. Very busy place which is not surprising. Love the deco and on the way out the restaurant looked stunning.

All staff were professional... the barman when we arrived, the manager arranged an upgrade and made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless and beautiful. The restaurant service was spot on and fantastic food. Also the next morning...

Ate here on a busy Saturday night, lovely atmosphere. Food was great, the double baked cheese soufflé was to die for , and the steaks were cooked to perfection. What made this a stand out meal though was the fantastic Natasha and her superb knowledge of wine and all round attentive service . Would recommend for anyone looking for a...

We went to Kings this afternoon for a celebration of a christening, as it is near to the Priory Church. The venue next to the Hotel was really lovely, we had drinks on arrival, the downstairs had a bar, and because it was such a lovely sunny day, people were in and out enjoying the location which is right in...

A year after our first visit, we decided to pay the hotel a visit and have evening meal there. We enjoyed coffee at the bar with a relaxed chat with the bar staff. We then went through to the restaurant to have our evening meal. My wife had the sea bream and I had the sirloin steak. Both cooked to...

I searched TripAdvisor for a good venue for Sunday roast in Christchurch. Of all the reviews the Kings Arms won out and we were not disappointed. We had two young children with us who needed extra attention. The staff were friendly, efficient and considerate in bringing the children's meals quickly and ensuring their needs were met. We chose the £15...

We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel. We arrived about 4pm. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel and there is some parking at the back of the hotel. Reception and booking in was easy and the staff were very good. Our room was a queen room and overlooked the front of the hotel with...
