the food was tinned, packet or instant, rooms were small and cramped, dirty showers, not far from beach, but 1.5 miles to shops we over looked the scaffolding, ladders, and kitchen, the staff...there wasnt any, the receptionist was scruffy and un kempt, waiting staff un pleasant, nights entertainment dismal. yellow plastic leather look chairs. hotel in all is a disgrace,...

Arrived at the hotel collected keys from reception in the small lift to room 118 what a disappointment room small very basic bathroom discraceful black mould on the bathroom window gap in skirting board filled with toilet paper shower over bath very poor bedroom door did not close properly.dining room plenty of spare tables but made to sit with another...

The hotel is situated a very short walk to the sea front, unfortunately the main shops are a good walk once on the promenade. Stayed here with my partner in a twin room over the bank holiday weekend. On arrival we managed to get one of the last parking spaces out the front of the hotel as the carpark at the back was already full and this was at 9am, so parking can be a challenge. Greeted at reception by a nice young lady...

We are on a coach tour from 10th to 14th April 2017. At first we were disappointed as our room was so small it was not possible to set down our suitcase. Great place, lovely rooms comfortable beds clean and modern bedroom. Meals were very good to couldn't,t fault it. The staff were all foreign but very good and served you quickly and were very pleasant. Would definitely return to this hotel.

booked this out of news paper ,tribute weekend featuring tom jones and elvis .for only 79 95 each thought why not .my sister and her partner me and my husband drove to yarmouth check in at 3..stopped at norwich for lunch wot a fab lively place no never been before ,found apub think it was called murderers arms ,ordered omelette...

My hubby, friend and myself stayed here with Gibbons Coaches for 4 nights. Checking in was straight forward, only downside was the lift, which was very small.
