We booked a one night stay with cooked breakfast. Kevin is a very welcoming host and is very happy to help. The room was clean and a good size. Our two children were happy on the bunk beds. Nice to have a fridge in the room to keep juice cold. The double bed was very comfortable and we both slept...

My sister and i stayed here and attended a nearby event, once in 2013, and again in September 2016, Kevin and Family made us welcome, full English breakfast was tasty, and Kevin was accommodating with a later breakfast, it was very nice, the little chats at breakfast, made the whole stay relaxed. I highly recommend this B and B

Cannot fault this place. Friendly service, awesome breakfast, comfy beds with the sheets smelling so fresh. Added bonuses of a mini fridge and very near the seafront. Would definitely stay here again as very good value for the money we spent to stay here.

£44 for a double room with en-suite and a great cooked breakfast! Yes its not the Ritz but you're not paying Ritz prices, it's basic, clean and homely. Our room was a bit small but as we were hardly in it except to sleep/shower etc it didn't matter. The owner phoned us up in the morning whilst we were en-route...

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review, and thank-you for the kind comments. Just a quick note on the wi-fi signal, yes the room you had is furthest from the router so the signal can be poor, I have to purchase a suitable repeater to fix that problem - it's on my 'to do' list!

I stayed at the Seamore Guest House on a number of occasions between April-November 2015 due to work. It is just simply great value for money. Location is perfect in a quiet street 100m from the sea and 100m from the main strip, with less than a 5 minute walk into the town centre. Room sizes are excellent and the...

We booked the Seamore Guest House last minute and were very pleasantly surprised to have a large very comfortable room and were greeted with a friendly welcome by Kevin and his partner. Free wifi and free parking, tea/coffee in room and the linen smelt divine. Super bargain price, best around and great central location. We will be back :)

Very nice people that run the guest house. Really cosy and great value for the price. They made us feel welcome. Very close to the main strip so easy access to food spots and the beach. We will definitely be returning and making this our get away spot for Great Yarmouth.

“I was in the small single at the front - room 1 I think. It is small and I mean small but the price reflects this and the fact that the shower and toilet are outside the room. For me it was fine as I was using it as a crash pad, but if you have a lot of luggage or don't like being cramped then best go for a bigger room.”

“The family room was ok - a bit crammed - but it does have its own private en-suite. If you're only after a base to stay at - go for it!!”
