We were lucky to have booked in at Owen House Farm for a couple of nights in their new Tens accommodation for B&B and what a delight it was. The room was small & adequate with large shower. The view we had was facing all the cattle in their grazing barn.Everything was brand new & to done to a high standard...

We stayed here for one night whilst attending a family wedding at the Wedding Barn. The whole experience was superb, although a little interaction with the owners would be nice. It did feel a little impersonal. We were kindly allowed an early check-in to give us time to titivate ourselves before the wedding which was much appreciated. We stayed in...

When I initially booked the room over the phone, I found the lady I spoke to be a little abrupt and unhelpful - there had been a bit of a miscommunication between her and the bride. When I came to check in, the lady (possibly the same one I spoke to on the phone, but I'm not sure) did not...

Room was clean & tidy and the bed comfy. The bathroom was across the corridor with an over bath shower. Didn't find a hairdryer in the room. Free wifi available with good signal. Was charged double occupancy although was only single - was told this was the new policy even though the website did not reflect this and something to...

We stayed here after a wedding that was right next door at the Wedding Barn. The Wedding venue is really nice, however, the Ceremony room is a touch on the small side and when you're sat right at the back, and a big plane goes over it can be a little hard to hear. The food was really nice, the...

Convenient to the Manchester airport. Stayed one night at the Owen House Farm- there are 5 guest rooms (one on the ground floor and 4 upstairs) and the family has the third floor. Our two rooms were clean with similar bathrooms, closets, and chest of drawers. Towels were stiff and scratchy (hung out to dry), only a small piece of...

This is the second time we have stayed here. We find it very handy for visiting relations in South Manchester and Cheshire. The rooms are large with an ensuite and quite adequate. The location is great, right out in the middle of the country. We like it because of its rural location, even if it is at the end of...
