Excellent location right on the High Street obviously, near railway station and bus stops right outside, staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, lovely people. Breakfast tasty and got exactly what we asked for. Booked in for one night ended up staying for two. First night had shared bathroom which was no bother at all second night had large...

Hotel was nicely located on the high street with free parking on the road outside (always a bonus). Room was large with big bathroom, comfy bed and clean sheets. We had a nice Sunday lunch before being allowed to take our drinks upstairs to our room.

Stayed here over night as was attending a nearby wedding. We were greeted at the bar by a lovely young lady and dispite our little hiccup with how many people were staying in our room, our check in went smoothly and we were then shown to our room. We were booked into the 'Superior Double' Room 3. Double bed, sofa,...

Arrived in Lockerbie after getting lost on the way to Carlisle. For that I blame my friend!! The staff at The Crown were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The twin room at £70 and breakfast an extra £4, were good value for money. It's an old hotel so has a quirky side, squeaky doors and uneven floors...

Stopped here for dinner on the way back to Glasgow. The hotel bar/lounge was average and only one on serving which meant we had to wait a while for people to get booked in for the night before we where shown to a table. Food was ok but tasted like it was prepared in a microwave. Been there tried it...

Came here on a works night out. The bar and lounge are decorated to a ignore standard. Menu is for normal pin food with with plenty of choices. We all had both starters and mains with only praise for all about the quality of the food. Everything was cooked to a high standard and piping hot. Can't understand why this...

I was welcomed by a friendly young lady who explained everything & showed me to my room. The room was spacious ( although I did upgrade ) & spotlessly clean. Selection of real ales at the bar ( served by the same young lady ) & evening dinner was good ( yes you guessed, served by the same young lady...

We stopped here for a meal to break a journey from Perthshire to Yorkshire so I can only review the restaurant. The location is very convenient - only 1½ miles from the motorway. The decor is modern & tasteful with a stove/fire for winter. The space is roomy and open. The menu is varied with an additional few dishes only...
