Ruth is a lovely friendly host. We stayed in this fabulous house for one night to go and see the England football team the next day. The setting is beautiful with lots of wildlife to be seen, lovely area for walking. Ruth made a wonderful cooked breakfast which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Would live to stay again but for longer... We were delighted with our stay for one night at East Lodge, as we found many B&B's were not interested in taking one night bookings. We were made to feel most welcome and given plenty of information on where to visit in Lymington, and our hosts were very friendly. Our room was not en-suite but had a beautiful private bathroom.... Fantastic host, nothing to much trouble. Room was lovely and the bed was Super King Size. The breakfast was not a cooked one, but very good and more than enough laid out for us to eat. The coffee was fresh and not stewed like in big hotels. A lovely peaceful spot and safe parking. Easy walking into the High Street... More

We booked in here very last minute. It was a little bit difficult to find as shrubs had grown over the house sign, but other than that, there were no problems. The king-size room was beautifully furnished and decorated and we had a very restful night there. The owners gave us useful information about the area which was a big... More

We could not have had a warmer welcome from the owners of East Lodge. The room we had was very spacious for a B&B, with en suite bathroom and power shower which was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious and suffcient to set us up for the morning, and not a heavy fry up! The house is in a peaceful... More

Have to agree with "Disappointing". We also booked via a recommendation from another B&B. Nice house, clean and tidy but not very welcoming. Check-in after 5pm, shoes off upstairs. The bedroom was stifling, one of the smallest TV's I've seen in a long while with tinny speakers and placed very awkwardly beside the bed. Bathroom was OK, although not en-suite.... More

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend break and loved it. Warm welcome, house is stunning, comfy beds and all very clean. Was nice to be in the peace and quiet out of London and having secure parking was a bonus. Its a continental breakfast which was delicious and better for my waist line that the full english, my... We booked two rooms at this B&B via a recommendation from another B&B in Lymington as everywhere was very busy that weekend. They do not have a website. The house itself is really lovely... very quiet, beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds. They have a pretty garden with a swimming pool but guests are not allowed to use it. We felt that... More
