A lovely cosy hotel with a family atmosphere. We were made very welcome here and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard and plenty of serve yourself cereal, juice and yoghurts. My only criticism is that it is closer to St.Annes centre than Lytham which made our taxi cost higher.

We stayed here for two nights in a double room and were joined for one night by our son, daughter in law and two grandchildren who had a spacious family room with a double and two single beds. The hotel was immaculately clean with crisp white cotton sheets on the beds, en suite bathrooms , comfortable beds and good sized...

lovely quiet area, parking, room adequate and fine for the price, bath wonderful as lots of piping hot water but, must say, the breakfast was completely 5* lean bacon, excellent presentation, good cereal choice, fruit juice/grapefruit and fab coffee the owner worked his breakfast like a military procession - he was dressed immaculately and I think possibly ex army if you...

My sister in law came to visit and she stayed one night at the hotel. I can't praise Colin enough for looking after her when needed. It's 8 minutes from where we live so wonderfully convenient for our visitors - and in such lovely surroundings.

Stayed here for only 1 night. All the staff and the owner were very personable and nothing was a bother to them. I would stay here again. Breakfast was well cooked. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was very clean and very comfortable with a spacious ensuite. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. An extremely enjoyable stay in a convenient location.

We have just come back from a four days break at this hotel. The bedroom was small but en suite and we had all that we needed including free biscuits each day. Freeview TV and excellent wifi. Two comfortable chairs in bedroom. Nice breakfast. Within easy walking distance of St. Anne's and short walk to bus route from Lytham through...

Have just stayed here for one night while visiting the partners parents. The hotel is very very dated! The decors tired and very old fashioned! We had room 2 which is very small not much room around the double bed with an average sized on suite! While I must admit the room was very clean it was also very tired,...

Have stayed at this hotel several times now latest being in May 2016. Friendly host in Colin who always welcomes you to his hotel. Rooms clean and bed linen spotless. Colin serves a traditional English Breakfast and is open to provide whatever combinations to the menu items. Food is always piping hot and fresh. Plenty of hot water for showering...

I stayed for one night. The room was lovely and had great facilities for the price. I didn't book for breakfast and left before 8.30am when it was served. Nothing said it would be served at this time on booking but good job I didn't include breakfast as I would have left before. Just saying so others know. It is...
