I was meeting some friends in Lytham St Anne's for a get together, the place I was looking to stay at was full, all I wanted was a bed for the night with a breakfast and I booked into the Anchorage. Lovely room, really comfortable bed with fantastic pillows and a shower that was steaming hot and powerful (that ticks... More

A fabulous find, my husband & I stayed here on a recommendation, the room was exceptionally large, very clean & welcoming, Barbara was very friendly & extremely helpful. The breakfast was more than ample & very well presented. Will definately book again & have no hesitation in recomending this B&B if you want first class service & reasonable rates.

My friend and myself have just had a couple of nights here over the Easter weekend. I cannot praise our stay too highly - lovely large, airy rooms, spotlessly clean, and a warm welcome. But the BREAKFAST! I defy anyone to get a better breakfast anywhere on the Fylde coast. in fact, I believe the only time I have ever... More

A dog friendly guest house right in the centre of Lytham and near the pier and wonderful beach. We had a large room at the front of the house with lovely big bed. Tea/coffee making facilities and TV in the room and a nice shower in the bathroom. Near to restaurants and pubs. Nice cooked breakfast in the morning and... More

We stayed here with two larger but well behaved dogs at the Bank holiday weekend. Endorse previous good reviews about rooms, breakfast and hosts and would ad the friendly and interesting regular guests. We will definitely be staying again.

My wife and I needed somewhere which would welcome our Yorkshire Terriers as well as us and we got it right by staying here. Our research certainly paid off. We had a large, comfortable en-suite room, more than adequate for the 4 of us! The breakfasts were excellent, comparable to many hotels we have stayed at in terms of selection and... More

Barbara and husband John are very good hosts and their establishment is exactly as written on the tin. Great value, friendly and somewhere I will return to. Faultless breakfast. Highly recommended by a world weary traveller. The furniture in the front room of the house next door is worth a second glance through the window - it looks like the Spanish... More

Was pleased to find a reasonably priced guesthouse that accepted 3 dogs. Booked it for 3 nights following good reviews on TripAdvisor and it certainly lived up to expectations. Very clean, large and airy bedroom and excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Close to beach and shops.

Great! I loved my 3 day experience at this B&B, and I was in St Anne's not for pleasure but for business!
