At first glance its a bit confusing as to where you book in as its at the rear of the hotel. The staff on reception were friendly, although I didn't feel we had her full attention as she was answering a phone call at the same time and didn't give us any real information

Firstly I want to commend Rose, Elaine and Linda as my go to people in this hotel. Peter the general manager is also very helpful but some of the staff say the right things and actually do nothing. Platitudes don’t put teabags in your room or serve you drinks when the staff go

A large glass hotel in a pretty little town very close to the motorway. Smart and quirky modern design inside. I went in a group and we were offered varied food and they catered well to my gluten free needs. Many guests were young apprentices from the local car manufacturers.

I had a chance to have breakfast in this hotel during a networking event. This was my fist time, hence my first impression - excellent! New, modern interior design, very clean, very friendly staff, good food. Would recommend!
