We stayed at the farm for our anniversary. Sadly we could only stay for one night due to other commitments but it was wonderful The owners are lovely lovely people very friendly and, greeting us on arrival with a jug of cider and a slice of cider cake. The room was fine, peaceful and tranquil and the breakfast was out...

Lovely location and Friendly people. Great Veggie Breakfast prepared without any bother at last minute as I had forgotten to inform the owners that I did not eat meat. Beautiful walks with many interesting animals befriended on the way. We had a great time.

we actually stayed there mroe than six months ago back in september 2013. should have written this review earlier. we were foolish enough to go for a hike without brollies after dropping our bags in the room. and so inevitably it rained. we rushed back to the farmhouse (after getting lost in the woods for quite a few hours) and...

My husband and I had a such pleasant stay the first time we visited that we booked another visit. Things did not go as smoothly the second time. The price quoted for our second visit was more that listed on the Broome Farmhouse website. The owners told us the price increase was because it was a holiday weekend, which I...

Great B&B, lovely location on a Cider Farm. Very peaceful. Hilary is an excellent cook. The breakfast is the best I've had - all local good quality produce. The only let down was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Pubic hairs in the shower (not ours) and a very dusty, hairy toilet system. If you can overlook that its an excellent...

We have just returned from another lovely stay at this b & b. Thank you again John and Hilary for a very warm welcome (along with the jug of cider) and tasty breakfast. This b & b is perfect for visiting the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas. We will be returning.

We visited this working cider farm in Oct 2013 with our two sons, (17 & 10). We were greeted by the farmer who then gave us a very informative lesson in cider blending, whilst we tasted some of his brews. It was really great to get this kind of interaction with someone so obviously passionate about his subject. We learned...

Having never stayed in such a small b&b wasn't sure what to expect . However it was comfortable clean and a home from home stay. The location is great surrounded by beautiful countryside & farm setting. i would recommend this b&b.

We stopped here en-route to Mid Wales and what a perfect place. We were greeted by our charming host John with a jug of scrumpy style cider and delicious apple cake. After we had a walk around the orchards and said hello to the pigs and the alpacas we sat down to a gourmet dinner in their lovely dining room...

After reading so many great reviews we decided that Boome Farmhouse was the place to stay. We stayed in a gorgeous little annex which had a bedroom, a little lounge and a kitchenette. It was perfect for our stay. On arrival we were greeted by John who offered tea, coffee or a jug of cider and cider cake to enjoy...
