Stayed for 5 nights while working nearby. The room was large and welcoming, with lots of pretty features (I particularly liked the rocking chair). There was unlimited tea and coffee, a large tv and immaculate ensuite. The bed was very comfortable, with a thick quilt to add on, perfect in this cold weather. Received a warm welcome when I arrived...

Thank you for your review and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. All of the benefits you mention such as the free car parking, free wi-fi and unlimited tea and coffee are all intended to save guests money. When you come back to the area again please give Keith, the manager, a call on 019092 341751 to ensure you...

Whilst working at a monastery in Wolverhampton we stayed at the Barons Court Hotel which was only about 5 minutes by car away from the place of work. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the necessary paperwork was dealt with proficiently before we were shown to our rooms which were a good size, each with a double bed...

Thank you for posting your review which is really helpful for prospective future guests. We seek to offer great value at a budget price and you also were fortunate enough to see the fantastic display of Christmas decorations which the manager (Keith) organised this year. Breakfast is freshly cooked as you mentioned, as we feel this provides a better guest...

We only stayed one night B&B, but the hotel itself has plenty of parking spaces, and inside has some lovely communal areas. A warm welcome upon arrival, and the room (whilst not opulent) represented excellent value for money. The best night's sleep I've had in ages. An excellent, good value breakfast is available at extra cost and well worth it....

Thank you for your positive review. I am glad you found us value for money which is the intention! We do try to buy mattresses that are comfortable so I'm happy you liked them. At £7 our breakfast choice is wide and always freshly cooked so thanks for trying it! Please give Keith a call on 01902 341751 if are...

My husband and I made the reservation through Expedia back in June as part of an incredibly cheap flight plus hotel deal while we were visiting family. It wasn't till the morning after we had checked in that we found out Expedia had canceled the reservation with the hotel...but not with us...during Christmas week. Keith the manager could not have...

Many thanks for your review. I am so glad that Keith was able to help you through the week. Yes, an unlimited supply of tea, coffee and chocolate drinks are important as you never know when you might fancy a cuppa! I hope your long flights back weren't too arduous and many thanks for choosing us for your stay! John.

We stayed up here whilst visiting relatives for crimbo. If I'm honest, it was the price that attracted us to the hotel! Reviews on the site we booked it from were good so we took a gamble... it was so worth it! We called on our way to discuss check in and the man couldn't have been more helpful! Our...

Thank you so much for such a helpful review! I set price levels to provide guests with fantastic value and I'm glad we were successful. Keith the manager provides an excellent service and he was the one who organised Narnia this year. The free extras in the room like chocolate bars, bottled water and unlimited tea and coffee are little...

They were preparing for and evening party when we arrived. Very steep stairs up to the room with no offer of assistance to carry the bags. We were advised that there was a party when we arrived. No advice where to get foods etc but we googled and found somewhere. We did get plates when we ordered takeout. Had to...

Many thanks for your review and I always post a reply whether favourable or not: I can only deal with the facts where a review is less than favourable. I don't comment on your opinions as that wouldn't be fair. The facts as I see it are these: 1 The manager said that when you arrived you did not have...

Stayed at this hotel last night for work Christmas party. I've given it four stars because it is better than its 3 star rating. If it had been a 4 star hotel then I'd have given it 3 stars as it's not to that standard but then you know that before booking. Friendly hard working staff and a great breakfast...

Many thanks for your honest review. I must apologise for the pillow but rest assured it had been laundered, but could have been taken out of the system beforehand. Because you were kind enough to mention it, we shall be instigating a better checking system in the future. On the other hand, it was satisfying to note that the Christmas...

Just stopped for one night and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel was well located for our needs and importantly dog friendly.
