I've been here for 2 weeks and have 1 week to go. My first week wasn't too bad as they kindly upgraded my room to a double as I had my dog with me. (The good thing about this hotel is that it IS pet friendly) there's no parking and I had to park down at the train station for...

Dont ever book this place, were told we had been given an executive room, dirty, not hoovered, wallpaper coming off the walls, the towels and shower curtain were stained, a pubic hair gracefully decended from the lampshade and landed on our scabby tea cups. Not only this but the vending machine wouldnt give me my salt and vinegar crisps, asked...

After being told our reserved twin room had been given to someone else on a 'first come first served' basis, we were given two singles and a complimentary bottle of wine by way of an apology. To be fair, the reception staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel itself is what i would expect for the price. The rooms...

Do not stay here if it were the last place on earth. We stayed in room 118... Avoid at all costs! The walls were brown stained, not hoovered, stains on carpet, black mould in bathroom and windows. Bathroom was dirty as was the carpet. The nets were black and rigid with dirt ( I'm not exaggerating) and the curtains were...

I have stayed in several hotels but this one was the worst ever. Checking was a nightmare and eventually I was given room 105. The room was small and pokey , the carpet was filthy and stained, the decor was stripping off, basically the hotel needs to be demolished and start again. I can definately say I will never stay...

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night as we travelled down from Swindon to see Elvis (Ben Portsmouth) at the Robin. 2 We were very apprehensive after reading the reviews the night before and wondered what we were letting our selves in for, but upon arrival we were pleasently surprised. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming. When we...

Hotel was in a great location in city centre, close to pubs and bars. Was noisy at night time as there is building works right next door. Bar area attached was quite, was not very nice and dim lit. Restaurant we did not visit but in reception there were a couple of guys who were claiming the hotel food gave...

Wish I could give this a minus mark! Please do avoid. Room is so dirty, hair on sheets, mould on window and walls, bathroom is filthy, and I'm sure there's dog paw prints on the carpet of the room! What ever you do, do not look under the bed as it will put u off sleeping like me and that's...

Stayed here for one night to go to a gig in Wolverhampton - from the date we had booked to the time we actually going to the hotel the reviews had gone downhill and we were a little worried. The check in process was so slow and the staff were disinterested - when we got to the room I felt...
