This home is in the middle of a very quaint village surrounded by beautiful homes. I'm glad we stayed there, but, won't do it, again. The Mr. of the family was very friendly, Mrs., not so much. She did give me a tour of her garden, but, acted like she didn't want to be there. We are going to Britain,...

We stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful old thatched cottage in Sibford Gower. Although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park just outside on our first night and across the road on our second night. We were shown to our room and then offered a drink. The owners Judith and John are very chatty, with a...

We chose Gower's Close because it was away from it all and a beautiful historic thatched cottage. We wanted a place to relax after a busy week in London. After many emails to Judith whilst trying to arrange our plans, she patiently aided us in sorting things out. Once we arrived we were awestruck. This beautiful home is set in...

As an Australian family I deliberately chose this b and b for its charm and thatch in a cute English village. Exceeded my expectations. House was huge and comfortable with lots of old English atmosphere. Garden, Judith's love, is beautiful. We enjoyed walking thru and looking at beautiful spring flowers. The village is small with very narrow streets where everyone...

Judith was so warming as a host, the thatched cottage was wonderful, so cosy. It felt like a home away from home! The breakfast John and Judith served was absolutely amazing! The best breakfast we had during our weeks stay in the cotswolds!

I totally agree with the majority of other reviews. Judith and John make their guests very welcome indeed. Lovely room with luxurious towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was first class and we felt very at home. Judith has a beautiful garden and is fountain of knowledge and John is charming. The village is very peaceful and a great pub just...

My husband and I along with another couple stayed with Judith and John for two nights. What wonderful host they were and a wealth of information on gardening and the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfect setting with wonderful garden. Great local in a quiet village, with local Pub. Close enough to take day trips to...

My husband and I went on our honeymoon to the Cotswolds together with his mother. We had a most wonderful time, the three of us LOVED this B&B and its hosts. We felt most welcomed and taken care of...starting with a nicely prepared breakfast in the morning and a little chat with our wonderful hosts, sharing funny stories and giving...
