Stayed here for three nights while at the Fairport Cropredy festival. Always liked premier Inns elsewhere , but this one has some big problems. On arrival after 2.00pm we were asked to wait in the bar areas as the room wasn’t ready. Nobody came back to tell us it was ready and yet I could see other people checking in...

This is a good hotel, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Typical Premier Inn. Its Ace card is its location. Ideal for Fairport's Cropredy Convention, book early! There is a coach from the hotel to the Festival, also there are many fellow music lovers who ae often happy to give lifts.

Good, happy, caring staff made this a great place to stay, location next to the M40 made it very convenient to access and plenty of parking even though the hotel was clearly full . Easy walking distance into Banbury.

We used this hotel for two nights and found it to be well cared for by the friendly team. Breakfast was okay but there was plenty of it. We only ate in one night and our steak and gammon were good though the chips were awful. We made our waitress aware of this (though not until we were almost done)...

Very comfortable hotel, close to the M40. Great value. However, the experience is spoiled by the slow service in the dining room. Dinner was painfully slow. We noticed other tables having to remind staff of drinks orders, even after their food had been served. It should be a small matter to get someone to take responsibility for the drinks orders,...

... Other than I am completely astonished. I haven't stayed in a Premier Inn for a few years now, and the standard has gone up by miles, but the price hasn't shifted much at all! My room is a twin room as I have a friend visiting tomorrow, however, don't worry about space, because you have more than enough! The...

Went to the premier Inn with work for one night and it does what it's supposed to do. Good staff that were welcoming, clean rooms and all in order so no problems with a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also good.

Ive visited many premier Inns and can honestly say this was exceptional. The staff were on the ball, friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. The rooms were smashing with the best white fluffy towels one could want. I would recommend staying here for sure.
