Very friendly welcoming staff. Room lovely and clean and as we were in the annexe part we had our own front door key to our room which was great as we had gone for the Banbury folk festival. The breakfast was lovely and served in a beautiful dining room.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and booking in was really easy. The rooms were spacious and decorated in modern decor with very good en suite facilities. Everything was really clean and the breakfast was freshly cooked and hot. Would book again if in the area.

We stayed for one night only as a family visiting family, from the point of enquiry to book to actually booking and arriving it was both professional and friendly. We also had a small pet which was essentially why we contacted Fair Lawns upon recommendation, quite often when visiting Hospitality accommodation that allows pets (dogs) the quality is somewhat compromised...

Paid £60 per night for three nights for a single room. Pleasantly surprised with the size, many guesthouse would place two pillows and call it a double. Large TV, touch bed lamps, comfy bed, clean toilets, nothing to complain. Could get a bit noisy as it's just on the road, but the hospitality is great. Breakfast is decent, pretty much...

This guest house is not set in the best location but its beautiful, decorated to a high standard throughout comfortable beds and the couple who run it are warming and helpful, would definitely stay there again and the price was reasonable for the area

Matt and Helen are so friendly and accomodating, the full English breakfast is great and the rooms are perfect. I will always stay there when...
