This is the second time we've visited the guest house, and can recommend this establishment. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, the bedding and towels good quality. We were in room 2 the 1st visit and room 8 the 2nd time. Both are spacious and have views of the park. The house is well situated for exploring Buxton, and...

Me and my wife have been staying in this bed and breakfast for the best part of four years. We come back here regularly for a reason, that reason is that it is simply the best lodgings and accommodation in the town, bar none. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts and the rooms and food is exceptional. We...

Perfect position - overlooking the Pleasure Gardens and away from the traffic - easy parking (on street, but included in the room price), clean and comfortable en suite room, friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. What's not to like?

The breakfast in the morning tasted amazing. Im not a big fan of full english so I had scrambled egg with smoked salmon and toast. Will be going...

We've got a lot of tips from Kevin for our walks, we could take guides en maps, which was all very convenient. They offered a very good cooked breakfast, with each day another special,...

Stayed here for 3 nights & wish we could have stayed longer. The location of Grosvenor House is perfect, in a quiet location facing the lovely Pavillion Garden but with everything you need close-at-hand. Our room was lovely & cosy with a very comfortable bed which was most welcome after a day of sightseeing / walking. There was plenty to...
