We could not have expected a better holiday, Wendy and Ashley were the perfect hosts. The welcome was the best we have ever had. The breakfast was every thing you could ask for and more. Our room was impecable, better than the pictures on the web

This is my first ever review on Tripadvisor and the reason is evident from the title. Stayed for one night only which was a shame, pity it wasn't longer. I can only endorse the previous reviews and add that this is the best B & B I have ever stayed at. Such friendly hosts and fantastic facilities. The beer battered...

Wendy & Ashley are great hosts. The rooms are very well appointed & immaculately kept. The guest lounge has comfortable seats and plenty of maps & guide books. It is very quiet & peaceful. There are great walks from the door & catching the steam train a few yards away rather than using the car was a real bonus. Breakfast...

Everything was spot on, from the friendly welcome with tea and homemade cake to our lovely spacious room overlooking the bay and steam railway, and hosts Wendy and Ashley, for whom nothing...

Everything was of the highest quality and the furnishings were beautiful. The shower...

The welcome was very friendly and kind, the room was really excellent with a lovely sea view and a very well presented ensuite shower room. The sofa in the bay window had lots of use over the three days both morning and early evenings watching the farm, sea and steam trains. Being close to the beach and steam train station...

Welcoming and friendly B&B with four large, comfortable en-suite rooms all with flat screen TV and wi-fi. Delicious breakfasts, mostly local foods. Ideal location for Exmoor, West Somerset Railway, Watchet, Dunster Castle and Minehead. An excellent B&B. Highly recommended.
