The room is basic, which is absolutely what you expect at this level. What I didn't expect was the abundance of mould in the bathroom. Not just on the grout, on the sealant, the floor, the ceiling. There is clearly an issue with ventilation, but the mound could be cleaned off with bleach. The fact it isn't just points to...

The room was missing basic items such as phone/ironing board however the bed was comfortable. Only luke warm water for the shower in the morning. Breakfast was poor with slow service and missed items that had been ordered.

For the price, you can't really complain. It had the feel of an old Premier Inn or a Travellodge and was a little dated, but the room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The lady on the front desk was very helpful upon checking in.

Great wee stopover and excellent value, we had a double room with a single bed added for our daughter. hotel room was clean and tiday well presented and amenities with free wifi throughout the hotel where more than adequate. Staf where friendly and personable, and the venue itself had that shabby sheek look and feel to it. Food and beverages...

Booking OBM11395296 17.10.16 - 19.10 16 Cold water so no shower either morning. When Br Gas leave who will fill the gap if you lose the paying public like us. Get a bigger boiler. I am considering other options for my visits to Thatcham I am sorry to say.

We visited here for lunch. Lovely decor and clean surroundings. Our waitress was very helpful. We all choose different meals from the menu, all very nice and plenty of it. The dessert menu was nice although one of us had to wait after all of ours had arrived.

Stopped here for a few nights. Ex-Premier Inn hotel. They clearly got rid for a reason - it needs to be demolished and built again! It does! Seems to be no central heating so rooms and corridors have electric heatings. Communal spaces gathering dust, never cleaned. Holes in the wall where the old heater was - no attempted to smooth...
