We had a 3 night stay in a sea view room. The room was a good size but the bathroom tiny although it did have a bath. The window was high so you had to stand to see the sea but the view was worth it. The bed was comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities provided. The...

Attending a friend's wedding and booked in here with husband and some friends. Got a good deal price wise £49 for night and wasn't disappointed. Our room on the 2nd floor was really spacious and very comfortable - we even had a bit of a sea view! The bar area was nice and breakfast was included which was a nice...

My partner and I arrived on our motorbike quite early for our check-in, and immediately the staff kindly enabled us to store our gear in the office, as it was a very hot day! Our room was originally booked as a standard double, but they were able to upgrade us to a side room with a lovely sea view. Room...

On arriving we couldn't work out where reception was (silly us, we should have known to go through the side entrance) so we went to the car to ask staff member who described where reception was. We went right round to be served by has on the other side of the bar. Service was good and efficient. Managed to find...

We stayed here for our anniversary and we reallyenjoyed the break. Fortunately we had great weather which was good as the hotel is a fair walk from the main town. We used the cliff lifts (left along the front) and were through the spa and at the town in perhaps a good 10 mins. If you were to walk without...

The Ambassador Spa Hotel overlooks a panoramic view of the Bay, the accommodation downstairs is modern and clean, the upstairs bedrooms are small and hot, our room had a leaky kettle, and cracked sink, the continental breakfast lacked choice. However the spa was amazing and the fact that customers could you the facilities of pool and relaxation room were great.
