John was the host, really friendly and helpful person.
Room was really clean, modern furnishings in bathroom.
Location was only a stones throw from the Castle itself which was really interesting, town was just down the hill

Hi Susan. Going on our recent visit the access is via quite a few steps to the front door. Once inside I think you would be ok. There may be another entrance (but I didn't see one). The rooms are quite spacious, however if you have a wheelchair you may struggle in the bathroom. I think you should give them a call just to set your mind at rest. Have a great time!
