Nice landlady, take cash as could not pay on debit card, not a problem but best to know in advance. Room needs upgrade and shower hot water resetting as water trickled out, but cold water pressure fine. Couldn't find landlady at time to report that. We found the bed not too comfy and pillow hard to sleep on so just...

Revisited B and B after a years absence to celebrate my birthday. We were warmly welcomed by Jenny the lovely owner who had arranged a bottle of wine in our room on arrival on arrangement with my son by phone. She also baked a cake for my birthday breakfast which she presented to me in front of the other guests....

Thank you for such a lovely review. I am always happy for guests to leave luggage before or after checkout, because holiday time is precious and if you can get in an extra walk by the sea then I am happy for you. However when I read this my eye was drawn to something underneath which said "top tip all...

We stayed at this guest house this weekend with our two young children and had a lovely time. It was clean, pleasantly decorated, we were looked after by a helpful and welcoming landlady and served a great breakfast including a veggie option for myself. The guest house was close (walking dustance) to the beach and family friendly places. Would recommend

My boyfriend booked this guesthouse as part of my valentines present. From walking in to leaving there is nothing to complain about. We stayed in room 1. It was very clean. Nice clean shower and toilet. The bed was lovely to sleep in. Plenty of space to move about in the room. Tea and coffee with biscuits on both days....

The price was fantastic and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, with regular and vegetarian options. The guest house is in a row of other guest houses near Scarborough's main park and walking distance from the sea. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are a handful on the same street.

This guest house is totally amazing. I question why it is only classed as a 3* establishment. For me it should be a 5* and me and my family are so relaxed we do not want to leave. The staff are friendly and so helpful. We were offered a cup of tea on arrival, after a long drive and being stuck...
